Job Summary:

Working within a team, the selected candidate will successfully help to grow and manage Raftelis’ maintenance and asset management services for municipal utilities (e.g., water, wastewater, electric, gas, stormwater, solid waste) and local governments (e.g., public works, streets, facilities, parks, etc.).

The candidate should bring broad knowledge in a variety of areas including plant and field maintenance evaluation, CMMS vendor selection, CMMS implementation, GIS, field mobility, data conversion, inventory management, and other related maintenance and asset and management areas.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help to grow Raftelis’ CMMS evaluation, selection and implementation delivery team
  • Actively participate and/or lead targeted sales pursuits, proposals, and client interviews
  • Support and mentor project staff in the execution of work
  • Develop presentations and present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Develop trusted advisor client relations to build client references and testimonials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, computer science, or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in providing water, wastewater, electric, and/or gas utility technology consulting services
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage implementations of common utility CMMS solutions (e.g., Hexagon, Infor Public Sector, Maximo, Trimble Unity, Central Square, OpenGov, etc.)
  • Knowledge of GIS and mobile work management solutions and best practices
  • Knowledge of best maintenance and asset management practices (e.g., ISO 5500)
  • Strong writing abilities for project deliverables and proposal development
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong proficiency of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio)
  • Willing and able to travel (30% to 50%)

The salary range for the Project Manager position is $90k to $160k. Compensation depends on education, experience, and location. Employees in the position of Project Manager may be eligible for an annual performance bonus in the range of up to 25% of compensation, depending on the firm’s yearly performance and the performance of the employee. Such bonuses are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the firm.
